If you are a family battling pediatric cancer who resides in, or is being treated in, any of the following Pennsylvania counties, ThinkBIG® may be able to provide some financial support:
Blair, Bradford, Carbon, Cameron, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Elk, Huntingdon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Pike, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, and Wyoming.
Eligibility Requirements:
If your child is 21 years old or younger, and resides within our 31-county geographic footprint, then you are eligible for ThinkBIG’s support.
Receiving treatment at a Children’s Hospital in Pennsylvania or out of state as long as they reside within our 31-county geographic footprint.
How to Apply:
1. Contact your hospital social worker who will explain how ThinkBIG’s application process works
2. Complete an application on our online portal and upload invoices to support your requests.
3. Our allocation’s team reviews and processes requests on the second Tuesday of every month from the passionate Board of Directors and dedicated Staff who drive our mission.
